Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Event Marketing role located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Junior Event Marketing professional will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring seamless delivery from start to finish. The role involves outreach to potential partners and participants, engaging with clients, and contributing to marketing initiatives to drive event attendance and brand awareness. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, supporting sales efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize event outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Marketing, with a demonstrated ability to organize and manage events effectively
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with participants, partners, and clients professionally
• Experience in Sales and an understanding of how to effectively contribute to revenue-driven initiatives
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Familiarity with marketing tools and event management software is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
