Responsibilities

Work Location: Emhub, Kota Damansara


Admin Intern

  • Accurately enter delivery orders (DO) and invoices into the system.
  • Input sales, customer, and stock data to maintain correct internal records.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform regular stock counts in the warehouse and update inventory records accordingly.
  • Arrange for courier services, ensuring timely delivery of goods with proper documentation.


Requirement:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented with good accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
