As a System Engineer, you will be part of a support team working on a 24/7 shift rotation. You will provide both internal and external technical support to ensure systems and networks run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Monitor and ensure the network runs at optimal performance
• Support daily system operations and standby duties
• Assist Senior System Engineers with weekly and monthly reports
• Support network implementation projects
• Work closely with the development and routing teams
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction

Customer & Support

• Provide support via email, phone, online tools, and video calls
• Handle customer issues professionally and promptly
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers

System & Platform Management

• Maintain systems and platforms according to company procedures
• Ensure systems meet service level expectations
• Follow escalation procedures when issues arise
• Perform system backup, maintenance, monitoring, and health checks
• Provide solutions or suggestions to senior engineers or management when needed
