 Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Industry Tenure: 10+ years in B2B technology sales, with a minimum of 3 years focused on multiple accounts from all sectors.
  • Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of the AI stack (Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic Workflows) and Cloud Infrastructure. You should be able to explain "Data Residency" vs. "Data Sovereignty" without a script.
  • The "Public Sector" Edge: Proven track record of closing deals exceeding $1M - $5M+ within government procurement cycles (RFPs, Tenders, Frameworks).
  • Stakeholder Mastery: Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making in matrixed environments where "consensus" is key.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or certifications in AI Strategy is a significant advantage.

Role Narrative

As the cornerstone hire for our Sales division, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge "Agentic AI" technology and the complex needs of our well established clients. You are a "Strategic Hunter" who understands that in all sectors, trust is the primary currency and data residency is non-negotiable. Your mission is to identify high-impact opportunities from innovative global client initiatives up to automated citizen services and navigate the long-form procurement cycles to deliver multi-million transformations.

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic GTM Ownership: Design and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for AI and digital solutions including client such as Central Government, Local Authorities, and Public Enterprises.
  • Pipeline Excellence: Build and maintain a robust multi-million pipeline. You will lead the full sales lifecycle, from initial "art of the possible" workshops to final contract signature.
  • Executive Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and Ministerial-level stakeholders, educating them on the transition from traditional automation to AI-driven orchestration and Digital Twin environments.
  • Procurement Navigation: Lead complex RFP/RFI responses, ensuring all proposals align with government frameworks, data sovereignty laws, and ethical AI guidelines.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with our Solution Architects and Data Scientists to design "Proof of Value" (PoV) pilots that demonstrate tangible ROI for private & public services.
  • Alliance Management: Leverage and grow partnerships with global cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google) and local system integrators to accelerate market penetration
