Responsibilities

Role Brief

The Admin provides administrative and documentation support, with a key focus on preparing tender documents, managing invoices, and ensuring proper document control to support the company’s tender and project activities.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and documentation tasks
  • Prepare, compile, and submit government tender documents
  • Prepare and process invoices and related records
  • Maintain proper filing and document control (hardcopy & softcopy)
  • Track tender submissions and deadlines
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
  • HR related task
