Our client is a Global Manufacturer. The role will be based at their country office in Petaling Jaya. Job Scopes as below.
Training Coordination & Administration
- Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and learning activities
- Manage training calendars, meeting invites, and training schedules
- Support registration, attendance tracking, and training logistics
- Prepare training materials, evaluation forms, and communication emails
E-Learning Support
- Coordinate e-learning enrolments and completion tracking
- Monitor learning progress and follow up with employees where necessary
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration and updates
- Assist in uploading learning content and maintaining training records
Data Management & Reporting
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate training databases
- Compile training attendance and learning completion reports
- Support simple analysis on training participation, feedback, and engagement metrics
- Assist in preparing presentation slides and dashboards for reporting purposes
Employee Engagement & Communications
- Support employee engagement and internal learning campaigns
- Assist in creating communication materials, posters, and social content for learning initiatives
- Coordinate engagement activities, events, and awareness campaigns
- Gather feedback from employees to support continuous improvement initiatives
