Responsibilities
The Service Assistant specializes in providing after-sales maintenance and technical solutions to products to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. Will be responsible for oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of products. Also troubleshooting technical problem of the Product.
- To support customers and In-house service after sales.
- To provide Installation, commission, and calibration of the new equipment’s.
- To maintain, service and repair the equipment periodically.
