As an Administrative and Operations Executive, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in clinic operations, client service, and administrative management while working alongside professional therapists and consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to develop valuable skills in healthcare operations, client relations, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily appointment bookings and scheduling for treatments and consultations.

  • Coordinate with therapists and consultants to confirm treatment timings, room availability, and special requirements.

  • Track and update treatment usage, client packages, and records accurately.

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels for treatment products, consumables, and supplies, supporting replenishment planning.

  • Prepare and maintain administrative documents, treatment forms, and internal records.

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and invoice support.

  • Assist in ad-hoc operational or administrative projects to improve clinic efficiency and client experience.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

  • Prior administrative or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

  • Physically fit and comfortable to handle heavy loads when necessary, such as when dealing with replenishment and inventory management. 

  • Comfortable handling digital communication professionally, including email and messaging platforms.

  • Efficient and confident in using computers for administrative and record-keeping tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail, especially with records, inventory, and treatment tracking.

  • Proficient in MS Excel; experience with clinic management systems is a plus.

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for health, wellness, and client care.
