Work Schedule: 5 days work week, 8.00am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send invoices, debit/credit notes
Submit invoices and upload to customer e-portals
Handle customer enquiries and resolve billing issues
Ensure billing accuracy and reduce errors
Reconcile customer inventory (cylinder holdings) and support stock counts
Liaise with internal teams to resolve invoicing matters
Maintain e-invoice/e-statement email systems
Support system testing and improvement projects
Provide backup support and handle ad-hoc duties
Requirements
Min 1 year administrative experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with systems and Excel
