Job description

• Maintain and ensure foreign worker information is up to date
• Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellation
• Oversee foreign workers' administration including on-boarding/off-boarding, dormitories, training, booking of air tickets and courses
• Update worker time sheets timely
• Assisting with day to day operations and ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement

• Good organizational skill and meticulous
• Good time management
• Good in Microsoft office
• Proficient and experience in Employment of Foreign Manpower Act is prefered
• Positive learning attitude
