Role Description

We are seeking an Event Management Intern for a full-time hybrid role based in Cyberjaya, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The intern will assist in planning and organizing events, coordinating communication with stakeholders, and supporting event execution. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the marketing team to promote events and assisting with training logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and coordinating with team members.
• Ability to provide support in Training coordination and logistics.
• Basic understanding of Marketing strategies as they relate to event promotion and audience engagement.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Suite is a bonus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Graduates or Students of different field are more than welcome to apply as long as you have the passion in events
