What You'll Do:
- Lead and ensure adherence to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including preparation of monthly demand forecasts using historical data, sales trends, promotions, seasonality, and new product launches.
- Develop and execute supply plans with HQ and local suppliers to achieve product availability (PA) and on-time in-full (OTIF) targets.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels across locations to maintain target Days of Inventory while proactively managing overstock, expiring stocks, and understock/out-of-stock risks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock count exercises and oversee inventory planning for new openings, relocations, closures, and write-off/disposal processes.
- Verify and analyze monthly warehouse and logistics spending, while identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency improvements.
- Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards on key supply chain KPIs such as PA, distressed inventory, supply gaps, top SKUs, warehouse spending, and forecast performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management through data analysis, trend monitoring, and market-driven supply chain assessments.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply and demand planning, preferably in the Direct Selling or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, inventory control, and demand forecasting methodologies.
- Proficient in using supply chain planning software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel, or advanced analytics tools).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
