About the Role

The role involves leading ERP-related pre-sales and implementation projects with a focus on finance and e-Invoicing integration, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Lead ERP-related pre-sales and implementation projects with a focus on finance and e-Invoicing integration
  • Analyze client business requirements and design ERP integration solutions aligned with local tax and regulatory frameworks
  • Configure, test, and deploy ERP integrations with our SaaS e-Invoicing platform
  • Work closely with Finance, Tax, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide subject matter expertise in financial processes (AR/AP, GL, Tax, Reporting)
  • Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and system demonstrations
  • Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to optimize solution design

Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of ERP consulting or implementation experience
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of financial modules (AR, AP, GL, Tax configuration)
  • Experience in electronic invoicing, tax reporting, or compliance-related systems
  • Solid knowledge of Malaysia tax framework (SST, e-Invoicing initiative by LHDN is a strong advantage)
  • Experience in client-facing consulting roles

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cross-border digital tax transformation projects
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in e-Invoicing and digital compliance
