Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role located in Bandar Klang, Malaysia, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Automotive Consultant, you will engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs, provide product information, and guide them through the purchasing process. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing sales documentation, conducting test drives, staying informed about automotive industry trends, and collaborating with the sales team to meet performance goals. You will also support marketing efforts and contribute to ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, customer service proficiency, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Sales and negotiation skills relevant to the automotive industry.
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of automotive technology and familiarity with vehicle specifications.
• Proficiency in basic computing skills, including using software tools for documentation and scheduling.
• Self-motivation, teamwork capabilities, and adaptability to a hybrid work environment.
• Previous experience in automotive sales or consulting is an advantage.
• Good understanding of the local automotive market and customer preferences.
