Full Time Legal Counsel Jobs, in Etiqa Insurance And Takaful Federal Territory - Maukerja

A dynamic legally trained and experienced person and expected to provide fast and easy support, solutions and recommendations to the business and operations teams. This includes drafting, review of documentation, providing advisory and guidance in relation to all legal matters undertaken by the Etiqa Group of Companies (including Etiqa International Holdings Berhad (“EIH”) and its subsidiaries).

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and/or prepare documents as required by the company/ internal stakeholder.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders to negotiate and/or conclude terms from legal perspective
• Conduct the necessary required legal research on laws, regulations, guidelines etc

Qualifications / Requirement

• Bachelor of Laws – LLB (Hons.)
• Minimum 5 yrs PQE in legal practice or as an in-house counsel within the FI space is an advantage.
• Being admitted to the High Court of Malaya/Malaysian Bar would be an advantage.
