Hiring | FP&A Lead | Singapore

We're partnering with a growing investment firm to find a hands-on FP&A professional to help build out their FP&A function from the ground up.

What you'll do:

• Build and own budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans

• Develop revenue, cost, and allocation models

• Run variance analysis and translate the numbers into the "why" for senior management

• Deliver monthly / quarterly reporting, KPIs, and exec dashboards

• Partner with investment and ops teams as a true thought partner

• Drive process improvements and automation as the firm scales

Who we're looking for:

• Solid FP&A background, ideally from asset management, hedge funds, or alternatives

• Strong modelling chops, advanced Excel & PowerPoint, good accounting foundation

• Self-starter who's comfortable building in an unstructured environment

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
