Responsibilities

Position: Payroll Analyst

Employment Type: 7.5-months renewable contract based on performance

Location: Sunway Geo Tower, Selangor

Working Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours in MY time: 10AM - 7PM


About the Role

We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple APAC countries, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) supporting payroll processes, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple APAC countries while ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Perform payroll validation and reconciliation including payroll reports, bank files, GL, and statutory reports.
  • Support payroll systems including Workday, SAP/hrX, payroll vendor platforms, and case management tools.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll issues with vendors, HR, Finance, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support payroll process improvements, audits, and operational projects.
  • Handle employee payroll enquiries through the case management system.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end multi-country payroll across APAC.
  • Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Workday, SAP/hrX, and payroll vendor systems is preferred.
  • Strong Excel and payroll reconciliation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • ServiceNow or similar case management tool experience is an added advantage.
