Role Description

• Support student recruitment activities and achieve enrolment targets

• Handle enquiries from prospective students and parents professionally

• Build relationships with schools, agents, corporate partners, and education stakeholders

• Assist in organizing education fairs, webinars, school visits, and promotional events

• Support digital marketing, social media, and content creation initiatives

• Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and campaign activities

• Maintain accurate student leads and recruitment records

• Support partnership and business development initiatives where required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or related field

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in student recruitment, education marketing, admissions, or related areas

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good presentation and stakeholder engagement skills

• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in higher education or international education industry is an added advantage

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
