Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI technologies to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in LLMs, RAG architectures, and Vector Databases, with exposure to Agentic AI frameworks being a strong advantage.

This role focuses specifically on Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions rather than traditional machine learning or predictive AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise AI solutions
• Integrate and manage Vector Databases for semantic search and contextual retrieval
• Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows for automation and intelligent task execution
• Fine-tune prompts, retrieval strategies, and AI orchestration pipelines to improve response quality and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders
• Evaluate and implement emerging Gen AI and Agentic AI frameworks, tools, and best practices
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI solutions in production environments
• Prepare technical documentation and provide technical guidance to junior team members

RequirementsMandatory Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or related fields
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Large Language Models (LLM)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Vector Databases
• Experience developing and integrating Gen AI applications using modern AI frameworks and APIs
• Strong programming experience in Python
• Experience with cloud platforms and API integrations
• Good understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and AI workflows

Preferred / Advantageous Skills

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and AI orchestration tools
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus, or FAISS
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps practices
