Corporate Secretarial Executive

We are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive to join our growing team at JDT Management Services Pte Ltd. This is a full-time role based in our City hall office. As a Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with all aspects of corporate compliance and company secretarial duties


What you'll be doing

  • In charge of a portfolio of clients for the corporate secretarial work
  • Advising clients on statutory and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Preparing and filing all necessary documents and forms with the relevant authorities
  • Organising and attending board and shareholder meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes and other supporting materials
  • Performing due diligence onboarding for new customer
  • Maintaining statutory registers and records for client companies
  • Providing guidance and support to clients on good corporate governance practices
  • Liaising with other professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants as needed



What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar corporate secretarial role, preferably within a professional services firm or corporate secretarial practice
  • Excellent knowledge of Singapore's Companies Act and other relevant legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal and regulatory requirements to clients
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software and systems for company secretarial duties
  • Preferably a degree holder or with a relevant professional qualification either in corporate secretarial, accounting or administration
