We are seeking Japanese-speaking professionals to join our Singapore team and help meet the growing recruitment demand across the Japan market.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Phaidon International, you play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top-tier candidates for clients across specialized industries. In this position, you will support growing hiring demand from the Japan market, working closely with Japanese-speaking professionals and leveraging your language skills to deliver effective recruitment solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Build your Client Base: proactively reach out to companies to pitch your services and represent the business. Help them find the right talent by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Find Top Talent: Source mid to senior-level candidates and become a subject matter expert in your recruitment market. Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates by understanding their career goals and aligning them with the right opportunities.
- Own the Process: Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and clients. Lead offer negotiations and guide both sides through the process to secure successful, long-term partnerships.
