JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide day-to-day support to Commercial business units to ensure smooth client management and service delivery • Facilitate account opening and maintenance, internet banking setup, payment services, loan servicing, and post-approval matters • Support client servicing requests and ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions • Prepare Customer Risk Rating Dashboard (CRRD) and perform relevant searches and name screening checks • Handle administrative duties, including mailings, document preparation, printing, and filing • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and operational support as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related disciplines • Prior experience in banking operations, client servicing, or commercial banking support is an advantage • Familiarity with account opening, KYC/CDD, and basic credit processes preferred • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
