About The Job

The S R Nathan School of Human Development (NSHD) is seeking a proactive and versatile Senior Executive to support the School’s IT services, web development projects, and e-learning initiatives. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who can collaborate closely with faculty, students, and administrative staff. The role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects within tight timelines.

What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for the School’s administrative and academic operations.
• Manage, maintain, and support the use of digital platforms, educational technologies, and e-learning tools.
• Design, develop, and maintain websites/microsites and digital infrastructures, including interactive and visually engaging multimedia platforms.
• Deliver technical and administrative support for School and University events, activities, and initiatives.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of assigned IT and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate multimedia and interactive elements into teaching and learning; manage various e-learning and digital learning projects.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or Web Development or related disciplines
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support, website development, multimedia development, and/or e-learning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) as well as e-learning development tools such as Articulate.
• Working knowledge of coding languages such as XML and HTML.
• Strong project management skills with a solid understanding of IT and multimedia concepts.
• Independent, resourceful, and a team player with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Meticulous and able to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with Sitefinity CMS and the CANVAS Learning Management System, as well as, Robotic Process Automation will be an advantage.
