The Mandate: Own and grow our technical consulting practice across upstream, LNG, and energy transition. This is a P&L role, not a support function.

You've done this before:

• 15+ years in energy, with scar tissue from real projects — feasibility studies, concept selections, FEED governance, FID readiness
• Process or Chemical Engineering degree (we need you to speak the language fluently, not through an interpreter)
• A network you've earned, not bought — operators who return your calls because you've delivered for them
• Experience leading consulting engagements from proposal to final report, and the margin discipline to make them profitable

What success looks like in Year 1:

• Order intake that justifies your seat at the leadership table
• Two to three new client relationships converted from first meeting to signed engagement
• A consulting team that's sharper, faster, and more profitable than when you arrived
• At least one innovative service offering that didn't exist before you showed up
