Job Description

Responsibilities

Location: KL Sentral
Start Date: 2 June 2026

Role Overview

Provide premium customer support to B2B clients via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls & email support for B2B clients (ANZ market)
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions
  • Record and update cases in CRM systems
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution/escalation
  • Meet SLA and KPI targets consistently
  • Maintain professionalism and high service standards

Requirements

  • SPM (1 year experience) OR Diploma/Degree (fresh grads welcome)
  • Strong English proficiency (C1 level)
  • Good communication & customer handling skills
  • Able to work ANZ hours (4:00 AM – 8:30 PM, Mon–Fri, shift-based)
