Location: Puchong
Salary: RM2,500 – RM2,900
Position: Senior Assistant (SS2.2)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Handle customer inquiries (email, chat & phone)
Resolve delivery & shipment-related issues
Coordinate dengan internal teams untuk smooth operations
Monitor order status & provide updates kepada customer
Handle complaints dengan professional & empathetic approach
Analyze feedback & improve customer experience
Role mix: Customer Service + Logistics Operations
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Diploma / Degree (any field)
Fresh grads are welcome
Experience in customer service / logistics is a plus
Good communication skills (BM & English)
Able to handle fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving & multitasking skills
Willing to work shift / weekend (if required)
