Internship Human Resources Jobs, Salary up to MYR 800 in Catzonia Hostails Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews).
• Support onboarding processes for new employees and interns.
• Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
• Assist in handling leave applications, attendance tracking, and other HR administrative tasks.
• Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and company events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in policy documentation.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Internship duration: 3 to 6 months
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Proactive and eager to learn.
