Responsibilities
Core responsibilities
Sales & revenue generation: Sell mobile plans, fibre, devices, prepaid/postpaid packages, and add-on services. Customer service: Assist walk-in customers with enquiries, complaints, upgrades, SIM registration, and account changes. Product advisory: Recommend suitable plans, devices, and bundles based on customer usage. Store operations: Handle billing transactions, documentation, SIM activation, stock management, and CRM systems. Target achievement: Meet monthly KPIs (sales targets, conversion rate, upselling). Compliance: Ensure proper KYC (identity verification) and regulatory requirements are followed.
Key skills required Strong sales and persuasion skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic tech knowledge (mobile devices, telco plans, fibre services) Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Customer handling and problem-solving ability
Typical qualifications SPM or Diploma (varies by outlet level) Retail or sales experience preferred (not always required) Work environment Shift-based retail hours (including weekends/PH)

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
