Job Summary
The E-Commerce Executive supports day-to-day online sales operations across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and the KPJHS owned platforms. This role ensures smooth campaign execution, product listing quality, customer service handling, sales reporting, and coordination with warehouse & marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage all online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
· Upload product listings, optimize SEO titles, descriptions & keywords.
· Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment with Warehouse & Purchasing.
· Track daily sales performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and recommend improvements.
· Execute online campaigns (11.11, 12.12, Payday, Mega Sales, Vouchers, Flash Deals).
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales cases, including disputes, returns, and refunds.
· Coordinate with Marketing team on KV visuals, product photos and content updates.
· Ensure all products comply with platform guidelines (LazMall/Shopee Mall / TikTok requirements).
· Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities, pricing trends, and potential merchandise for listing.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Management or related field.
· At least 1–2 years’ experience in e-commerce operations (preferred).
· Strong knowledge of Lazada/Shopee Seller Centre & TikTok Shop tools.
· Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & fast learner.
· Ability to work under pressure during peak sales periods.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
