GOAL AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Advertising & Promotions (A&P): Support the planning and execution of A&P initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Menu Development Support: Assist in coordinating marketing efforts related to new menu launches, seasonal offerings, and product improvements.

POS & Web Ordering Setup: Ensure timely and accurate setup of POS systems and web ordering menus for new stores, campaigns, and menu changes.

Digital Channel Management: Manage and optimize digital platforms in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent and relevant brand presence online.

RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY ACTIVITIES

• Develop and execute effective communication strategies and tools to support overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives, including strategy development and coordination with external agencies to ensure relevance and effectiveness across digital platforms.
• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and content updates of the company website, ensuring accuracy and a user-friendly experience.
• · Ensure timely setup and maintenance of POS systems and web ordering menus for new store openings, campaigns, and promotional events.
• Manage marketing documentation, budgets, and vendor relationships to support seamless execution of marketing activities.
• Support and participate in advertising and promotional (A&P) activities, including on-ground events, brand activations, and product launches.
• Carry out ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the management team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing related fields.
• Prior experience in marketing-related functions within the F&B industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
