Responsibilities
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
a) To extract trial balance from OASIS system an input them into SQL accounting system.
b) To check on Cash Deposit (check, tally and key cash deposit to SQL).
c) To perform filing of all hotel operation documents.
d) To perform Front Office general cashiering checking.
e) To record all SPA vouchers and revenue.
f) Prepare and file general cashier summary, cash amount and security cash deposit reconciliation summary.
g) Update cash count summary and security cash deposit reconciliation summary into SQL.
h) Record OC and entertainment checks into worksheet.
i) Perform count on all cash floats at F&B outlets.
j) Maintain digital and physical financial records.
k) Issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed.
l) Check spreadsheet for accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
