Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, photocopying, scanning, emailing);
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and visitors.
  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and electronic).
  • Schedule meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and take meeting minutes when required.
  • Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors.
  • Support tasks such as document preparation, claims submission or etc
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM850.00 per month

Work Location: In person
