Responsibilities

Overview:
As an Area Manager, you were responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple outlets of Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus, ensuring that each location met high operational standards and delivered exceptional customer service. You acted as a bridge between the HQ and the operations team, addressing any issues related to performance, processes, and communication. Your role involved guiding and supporting Outlet Managers, analyzing performance metrics, developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and fostering team development. You played a crucial part in aligning outlet operations with company goals, resolving customer issues, and driving business growth through effective leadership and community engagement

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managed multiple outlets and reported directly to the Operation Manager.
  • Oversaw Outlet Managers' daily performance to ensure high operational standards and best practices.
  • Reviewed daily/weekly/monthly performance results, including sales, P&L, SOP, customer service, product quality, and cleanliness.
  • Discussed challenges, best practices, and prepared action plans to align with company expectations.
  • Prepared and presented regular reports, progress updates, and action plans to the Head of Operations and Operation Manager.
  • Conducted daily outlet visits with a focus on objectives and delivering positive energy to the team.
  • Identified and coached potential talent for future roles, assisting Outlet Managers in team development.
  • Developed marketing campaigns to increase restaurant visibility and manage local store marketing activities.
  • Ensured adherence to company expectations through quality food, exceptional service, and family value.
  • Managed budget, cost control, payroll, general accounting, and full profit and loss accountability.
  • Resolved customer complaints related to food/beverages quality and service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Created new business opportunities through community involvement and public relations programs.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple outlets within the F&B or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to guide and motivate Outlet Managers and outlet teams.
  • Good understanding of outlet operations, including sales performance, SOP compliance, customer service, food quality, and cleanliness standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
