Full Time Facility Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Fair Work (M) Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Fire Fighting Maintenance
• Installation & Commissioning of fire alarm systems, sprinklers, hydrants, extinguishers, and suppression systems according to blueprints and specifications.
• Test and commission new systems to meet safety standards.
• Inspection & Maintenance
• Conduct scheduled inspections of fire protection equipment (alarms, pumps, extinguishers, hydrants, hoses, detectors).
• Perform preventive maintenance and replace faulty components.
• Ensure compliance with local fire codes and statutory requirements.
• Troubleshooting & Repair
• Diagnose faults in fire detection and suppression systems.
• Repair or replace defective parts to restore system functionality.
• Electrical Maintenance
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including lighting, power outlets, switches, and distribution boards.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical panels, wiring, and fixtures.
• Assist in installation of new electrical equipment and ensure compliance with safety standard.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Safety Engineering or Building Maintenance
• Minimum 1 year experience in facility or building maintenance.
• Familiarity with Malaysian safety codes and building regulations.
• Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
