Responsibilities
- Drive business development for spa and wellness products, building strong relationships with existing and new clients (B2B).
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training to professional clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and growth targets through strategic account management.
- Provide technical and professional advice on spa and skincare products.
- Plan and execute marketing or promotional activities with the marketing team.
- Attend industry exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows to represent the company.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management team.
Requirements
- Preferably Diploma / Degree in Beauty Therapy, Wellness, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in beauty, spa, skincare, or wellness sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to travel for client visits, events, and training.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
