We are looking for a high-performing Sales & Business Development Executive to meet our customer acquisition (targeting on Medical Clinic/ Hospital) and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the management.

1) Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Design and execute a comprehensive strategic business plan aimed at expanding the company’s customer base and fortifying its market presence.
2) Sales Execution & Growth
- Drive consistent growth by meeting and exceeding defined sales targets within assigned territories.
- Proactively identify and qualify new prospects to build a robust pipeline of high-potential business opportunities.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of targeted customer segments.
3) Relationship Management
- Cultivate enduring customer partnerships by deeply understanding their unique business challenges and offering consultative solutions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a professional and positive experience at every touchpoint of the sales lifecycle.
4) Professional Excellence
- Maintain an elite level of technical and industry knowledge by attending workshops, engaging with professional networks, and monitoring trade publications.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing market insights and best practices with the broader team.
- Identify emerging markets and industry shifts through diligent monitoring of competitor activity and new product trends.
- Develop realistic sales forecasts and provide the management team with transparent reports on revenue, expenses, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in chemistry, science, business or a related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in medical (clinic & hospital) field
- Possess medical sales license

Other General Requirement:-
- Communication in English language. Speaking, reading, writing ( Excellent)
- At least 3 years' experience in the sales field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Good at negotiation, public relation and communication skills
- Ability to travel outstation every day is a must.
- Occasional work on weekends and work extra hours when necessary
- Systematic planning, negotiation skills and service mind
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must have own car with driving license.
