Responsibilities

The intern will have a multifunctional opportunity to consider rotation in 3 practice areas but initially starting off in one, further described below: Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, and Finance for work in Singapore, on a hybrid basis. You will have an opportunity to consider all three domains, with your primary focus area determined by your background and interest.
Practice Area 1 — Finance & Accounting
ABOUT THE PRACTICE AREA
This area sits at the core of the firm’s analytical engine, supporting financial modeling, investment analysis, and research across investment opportunities. You will be a motivated self-starter in a lean, high-ownership environment. The role offers a rare opportunity to build institutional-quality financial skills from the ground up.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build and maintain financial models including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analyses
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on target industries, companies, and market trends
Analyze financial statements to extract key performance and valuation insights
Develop Excel-based tools and dashboards to support investment decision-making
Prepare structured investment memos and data summaries for internal review
Support due diligence by organizing and interpreting financial data sets
Collaborate with AI intern to automate repeatable financial workflows using AI agents
SUGGESTED SKILLSET TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Proficient in financial modeling; comfortable building models independently in Excel
Strong analytical mindset with attention to numerical accuracy and detail
Ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, concise written and visual outputs
Practice Area 2 — Marketing
ABOUT THE PRACTICE AREA
This area leads the firm’s external presence and audience development across digital and professional channels, with a focus on institutional and high-net-worth audiences in Singapore, New York/Boston, London, and Europe/Switzerland. You will own social media strategy, content production, CRM list development, and website support: building the firm’s brand from an early stage. This area is also open to considering international remote applicants who have demonstrated knowledge of the target markets (New York/Boston, London, Europe/Switzerland).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop and execute a social media content calendar across LinkedIn and relevant platforms
Research and build targeted contact lists for key markets: Asia, NY/Boston, London, Europe/Switzerland
Design and produce professional PowerPoint presentations for external and internal use
Support and maintain firm’s website content, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
Conduct market research on competitor firms, investor trends, and target audience behavior
Draft outreach copy, newsletters, and digital content tailored to institutional audiences
Collaborate with AI intern to automate content workflows and audience-targeting processes
SUGGESTED SKILLSET TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Demonstrated experience managing or growing professional social media accounts (LinkedIn preferred)
Strong PowerPoint design skills; able to produce polished, boardroom-ready presentations
Research-oriented; comfortable building structured contact lists and audience databases
Excellent written English; capable of adapting tone for institutional and digital contexts
Remote international applicants welcome if based in or knowledgeable of target markets
Practice Area 3 — AI (Computer Science)
ABOUT THE PRACTICE AREA
This area focuses on technical building at the intersection of AI engineering and real-world business application, with professional access to Claude (Anthropic) provided. You will design, build, and deploy durable AI agents that directly augment the firm's finance and marketing functions — eliminating manual workflows and compounding analytical capacity. The intern understands how to extract reliable, non-hallucinating output from large language models and has a bias toward building production-quality tools, not demos.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build durable AI agents to automate finance and marketing workflows end-to-end
Develop prompt architectures and LLM pipelines that produce reliable, verifiable outputs
Integrate AI tooling with Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based platforms used by the firm
Implement guardrails and validation logic to minimize hallucination in agent outputs
Collaborate with Finance intern to automate financial data extraction, modeling, and reporting
Collaborate with Marketing intern to automate content generation, list building, and outreach
Document agent architecture and maintain reproducible, auditable build processes
SUGGESTED SKILLSET TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Critical: familiarity with AI and can demonstrably share insights with team
Coursework in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or equivalent)
Solid understanding of prompt engineering, agentic design patterns, and hallucination mitigation
Nice to have: Proficient in Python; experience with API integration and workflow automation
Able to build tools that non-technical users (finance, marketing) can operate independently
Self-directed and rigorous; takes ownership of build quality and output reliability
Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
Pre-Requisites
Academic standing
University or post-graduate student, penultimate year or earlier with relevant study in Marketing, Computer Science (AI, ML), Finance / Economics
Commitment
Full-time, May – August 2026; part-time continuation available thereafter
Singapore eligibility
Pre-approved right to be in Singapore — no sponsorship provided. Applicants must have the legal right to intern in Singapore during the internship period without employer sponsorship
