1. CRM Services & Solutions
- Explore and strengthen CRM services and solutions, such as:
- Community management initiatives
- Loyalty program design and implementation
- Customer Data Platform (CDP) integration
- Gain comprehensive exposure to the CRM ecosystem, encompassing services, solutions, and analytics across multiple media channels.
- Identify and recommend the most effective and impactful CRM strategies and solutions.
2. CRM Project Management
- Provide support in managing CRM-related projects.
- Assist in preparing pre-audit documentation and conducting proposal research.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals and support pitching opportunities.
- Build expertise in CRM project management, including contest management, loyalty programs, and membership initiatives.
- Support community management efforts through engagement, activation, lead generation, and brand development.
- Compile social media analytics reports, including competitor tracking, product monitoring, and brand listening.
- Deliver customer service projects through message handling, inbound/outbound calls, chatbot training, and general support.
