Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Previous experience in marketing, business development, email marketing, will be an added advantage. 
  • Good understanding of social media trends, content formats, online consumer behaviour, and email marketing, including campaign planning, email content creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking. 
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other digital advertising platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales and marketing goals. 
  • Good understanding of marketing campaigns, promotions, lead generation, customer engagement, and basic digital marketing performance metrics. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to support our marketing and business development efforts. This role is suitable for someone who is confident in communication, proactive in building relationships, and passionate about creating opportunities that drive brand growth and sales.

Job Scope

  1. Developing and executing creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. 
  2. Keeping up with current social media trends, viral content formats, audience interests, and platform updates to create relevant and engaging marketing ideas. 
  3. Planning and managing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, customer follow-ups, and lead nurturing campaigns.
  4. Supporting and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and other online advertising platforms where required.
  5. Initiate marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and outreach activities to increase brand visibility. 
  6. Working closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns, sales activities, and customer requirements are aligned. 
  7. Tracking marketing and sales performance, preparing reports, and monitoring progress toward sales targets. 
  8. Participating in networking events, exhibitions, roadshows, community outreach, and business development activities.
