Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in retail, café, F&B, or sales environment is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Basic knowledge of coffee products and brewing methods is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers professionally.
- Recommend suitable coffee products based on customer preferences.
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to company standards.
- Demonstrate coffee machines and related products to customers.
- Promote ongoing sales campaigns, promotions, and new products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and working area.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisor.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely.
- Achieve sales targets and daily KPIs set by management.
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising at outlet.
- Perform cashiering duties when required.
- Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
