• Zacklim SRQ Concrete Floor specialises in concrete flooring works for industrial and commercial projects. Our site operations involve manpower, machinery, materials, concrete works, finishing works and coordination with main contractors. Safety control, discipline and proper documentation are critical to project execution.

Role Purpose

• To monitor, control and enforce site safety compliance, ensure workers follow PPE and safety requirements, prevent unsafe work, and maintain proper safety records through the company digital system.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor daily site safety conditions, PPE compliance, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and high-risk activities.
2. Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and safety reminders for workers and site teams.
3. Stop unsafe work immediately and report serious safety issues to the Project Manager or management.
4. Use company digital system to update safety reports, inspection checklists, photos, incident records and corrective action status.
5. Coordinate with main contractor safety team, site team and workers to ensure safety requirements, housekeeping and site compliance are properly maintained.

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction Safety or related field.
• Valid safety competency / DOSH-related qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in construction site safety is preferred.
• Able to communicate firmly with workers and site team.
• Must be disciplined, responsible and willing to enforce rules.
• Able to prepare safety reports and use digital reporting tools.
• Knowledge of PPE, site hazards, toolbox briefing, safety inspection and incident reporting.
• Must be willing to work at project sites.
