Responsibilities

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee a critical learning content project, with the potential to take on additional learning projects in the future. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, coupled with a passion for education and learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the learning content project from inception to completion, while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead the team and manage the end-to-end delivery of a key learning content development project, ensuring it meets client requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, facilitating communication, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress.
Scope Management: Work with clients to define and clarify project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure that any changes to the project scope are documented and communicated effectively.
Resource Planning & Allocation: Manage the allocation of internal and external resources, ensuring that the project team has the necessary skills and support to meet project goals.
Budget & Timeline Management: Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring that projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks or issues affecting the project and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that the learning content produced meets high-quality standards and aligns with client expectations, educational goals, and best practices.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting notes, and other relevant materials. Provide regular status reports to senior management and clients.
Post-Project Review & Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to assess the success of the project, gather feedback, and implement lessons learned into future projects.
Cross-Project Support: After the completion of the learning content project, take on additional learning-focused projects, ensuring the same high level of project management and delivery excellence.

Job Specifications
EDUCATION
• Degree in Project Management, or a related field.
• PMI-PMP, Prince2 or similar project management certification is a plus.

EXPERIENCE
• 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in the defence, learning or education sector.

SKILLS
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Work Location: AMK
- Contract 1 year renewable
