Job Summary

Join a dynamic team supporting hire purchase and financing operations within the heavy equipment industry. This role involves loan administration, customer coordination, payment processing, and operational support in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle documentation for block discounting and financing facilities
• Collect hire purchase instalment payments and follow up on outstanding accounts
• Prepare payment instructions, reminders, and notification letters for customers
• Review, update, and monitor daily system reports
• Perform daily extraction and downloading of bank statements
• Handle incoming calls and email enquiries professionally and promptly
• Manage insurance matters including new purchases, renewals, and follow-ups
• Assist with floor stock management and inventory tracking
• Respond to urgent operational changes and requests
• Support ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, loan processing, financing administration, or related operational support roles
• Prior experience in automotive, financing, or hire purchase environment will be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
