Full Time Administrator - Accounting (1-year Contract) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in KURARAY ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. South (Singapore) - Maukerja

The Accounting Executive reports to the Accounting Manager. He/she is expected to be able to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial analysis data within the deadline. He/she is also expected to maintain the general ledger in accounting activities, the development of the implementation process of fixed assets management control as well as annual stock take are properly handled and carries out in accordance with the established procedures, His/her specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• To conduct inventory stock take
• Assist Quarterly GST return preparation
• Bank reconciliation
• Assist and liaise with auditor for audit
• Supplier and customer master file maintenance
• Daily system operation in general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable maintenance
• Preparation of telegraphic transfer remittance – GCMS banking system
• Invoicing & LC Checking
• Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation (GL, AR, AP, FA, Inventory etc)
• Assist in Cash flow maintenance and projection report
• Assist in month-end closing
• Monetary accounts reconciliation
• Data preparation for survey from government agency (Singstat, EDB etc)
• Adhoc supports for all accounting and finance duties

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
