Join
our C&I team to drive sales within the medium segment (SMEs & mid-sized businesses). You will engage clients, provide energy-saving solutions, and
close multi-year electricity
contracts.
What You’ll Do
Business Development
• Identify &
target SMEs, offices, retail & manufacturing firms
• Cold calling,
networking & lead generation
• Build strong sales
pipeline & qualify leads
Consultative Selling
• Analyse utility
bills & recommend cost-saving strategies
• Present energy
solutions (incl. Renewable Energy Certificates)
• Prepare proposals
with clear value & savings
Sales Closing & Contracts
• Negotiate pricing
& contract terms
• Manage full sales
cycle (prospect → onboarding)
• Ensure compliance
with market regulations
Client Relationship
• Maintain strong
client relationships & retention
• Handle renewals
(6–12 months before expiry)
• Support billing
& market-related queries
Requirements
• 2–5 years B2B
sales experience (Energy / Telco /
Insurance / Industrial preferred)
• Strong Excel &
analytical skills
• Confident
communicator (engage business owners, CFOs, etc.)
• Diploma / Degree
in relevant field
