As our Sales Leader, you will:

• Lead, coach, and train sales team members to improve performance 
• Actively participate in sales calls, client meetings, follow-ups, and closing opportunities 
• Set clear goals and help the team stay focused and accountable 
• Teach effective sales techniques, objection handling, communication skills, and follow-up strategies 
• Monitor individual and team performance 
• Create a positive, motivated, and results-driven sales environment 
• Help develop sales scripts, systems, and best practices 
• Support new team members through onboarding and training 
• Lead by example with strong work ethic, professionalism, and consistency 
• Identify areas for improvement and help team members grow
