Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Subang Jaya for an Account Service Executive. In this role, you will manage client accounts, build strong customer relationships, and ensure that all client deliverables are met. Core responsibilities include coordination of sales operations, preparing proposals, strategizing project plans, and negotiating with stakeholders to meet project objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and maintain a high level of service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Account Management, including maintaining and developing customer relationships.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Experience in Sales and Negotiation to meet revenue targets and provide value-added solutions to clients.
• Proficiency in Sales Operations, including preparation of sales proposals and managing sales processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a marketing or advertising agency is a plus.
