Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for a Human Resources Intern, based in Petaling Jaya with flexibility for occasional remote work. The intern will support various HR functions, including assisting in HR activities such as recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting employee benefits administration. Other responsibilities include helping develop and implement HR policies, tracking compliance, and assisting in event organization or initiatives to promote staff well-being.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with HR Management processes and tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Studying towards or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
