Full Time Marketing Officer Jobs, in Ocean Network Express Perlis - Maukerja

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the country Space & Bookings and work closely with the respective Trade's space team and MY Sales to achieve the set BSA target of each service, plus other task that the Management believes are within the abilities of the job jolder that fit with the Company's strategies as circumstances dictate.

Job Description:

• Manage Bookings and Space Allocation with Trade SPC Team
• Coordinate Space with offshore booking, customer care and Sales team.
• Monitor and control space with TPA
• Manage 3PF usage, Load List and Work Order
• Setting Booking Acceptance Guidelines and Roll-Over policies (Sanction Check, Shipper Blacklisting, Roll over, VMS omission, Broken route).
• Provide and update forecast to Trades.
• Manage and monitor booking Turnaround Time (TAT) with offshore booking.
• Manage Equipment forecast and coordinate pick-up points with Equipment department.
• Coordinate with OPS on Final Loading List
• Manage vessels’ TDR and perform clean up upon vessel departure (Follow Up - No Show status, VGM, BDR)

Job Specification:

• Diploma in Marketing
• 1 year experience in shipping or logistics related industry
• Familiarity with trade and booking processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiar with the shipping industry
• People-oriented; able to build strong relationships
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and has a solution mindset
• Updated on modern technology
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
