Role Purpose
To manage and execute the company’s full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, documentation, and company culture development to ensure smooth and effective people management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment process including manpower planning, job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and confirmation process.
- Plan and execute HR operations including staff evaluation, KPI implementation, appraisal process, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, resignation letters, and employee records.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities including team building, townhall, training, staff appreciation programs, and internal communication.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave management, contract renewal, and overall staff discipline.
- Ensure proper execution of HR systems, filing, reporting, SOP flow, and statutory documentation including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
- Assist Finance/Accounts team in payroll preparation and payroll-related documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR full spectrum role.
- Knowledge in Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
- Strong organization, communication, and execution skills.
- Able to work independently, manage timelines, and handle confidential matters professionally.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
